William (Bill) Schickel (born March 24, 1951) is the Co-Chairman of the Republican Party of Iowa.[1] A former Iowa State Representative, he represented the 13th District for three terms, from 2003 until 2009. He was previously elected to three terms as the mayor of Mason City, Iowa.

He received his BA from the University of Cincinnati. Schickel is the General Manager of a Christian radio station.

During his last term in the Iowa House, Schickel served as a member of the Appropriations and Economic Growth committees and as the ranking member of the Ethics Committee and of the Economic Development Appropriations Committee.
